Shipping Policy
Small domestic shipments (1-2 items) are shipped through USPS First-Class mail, and larger shipments are usually sent using USPS Priority Mail. Typically, they arrive in 3-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned items except in cases where the item is unopened . If you have received an item and it is not what you ordered, please contact us within 1 days of receiving them and we will try to resolve your issue remotely. If that doesn't work, you may send them back to us for either a full refund or an exchange.
f we are unable to resolve the issue with your item, they may be sent back to us for a full refund within 5 days of their delivery. The customer pays the return shipping. Please note that our return / refund policy does not apply to issues of customer error, including but not limited to coloring expectation.
